Mumbai Crime Branch DCP Raj Tilak Roushan, an IPS officer of the 2013 batch, has emerged as the frontrunner in the Mid-Career Training Program (MCTP) conducted at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA) in Hyderabad. The program, spanning from September 4 to September 29, witnessed the participation of 92 IPS officers from the 2008-2016 batches.
Roushan, with an outstanding score of 88.25%, secured the top position during the intensive training phase. Notably, the distinguished officer holds a prestigious B.Tech degree from IIT Kharagpur in Electronics and Electrical Communication and Engineering (E&ECE).
