Mumbai air pollution: To combat air pollution in the city, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has taken action to expel four furnaces used by gold and silver smelting professionals located in the urban areas of Mumbai, an official statement said on Tuesday.
According to the BMC, the decisive action was initiated due to their alleged contribution to city`s air pollution.
