An unidentified man suffered an <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/thane-man-dies-after-suffering-electric-shock-at-event-attended-by-cm-23291166" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">electric shock </a>while cleaning a drain in the Air India Colony, in <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/santacruz-articles" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Santacruz</a> on Sunday afternoon.
The incident took place around 1 pm in the afternoon. The incident was reported by the CP Control room.
He was taken to a private nursing home in Santacruz but could not be saved.
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the hospital declared him brought dead.
