Man arrested in Ambernath for sexually abusing 3-and-half-year-old girl

"The accused and the victim are neighbours. At 9pm on Thursday, the child went to the accused`s house to play. He sexually abused her at the time," he said

According to a police officer, a man was detained on Friday in Ambernath, Thane district, for allegedly molesting a three-and-a-half-year-old girl sexually.
Abdul Kadir Abdul Kalam (41), a resident of Ambernath, was taken into custody under the terms of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act following the mother of the child`s complaint, according to a Shivaji Nagar police station official.
