Maharashtra: Three held with fake Indian currency notes worth Rs 2 lakh in Pune

Investigation has revealed that Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) have been smuggled into India from Bangladesh, DRI statement reads

The regional unit of Directorate Revenue of Intelligence (DRI) Pune arrested three people with smuggled Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) on Friday. The investigation has revealed it was smuggled from Bangladesh.

According to DRI, on the basis of specific information developed by DRI, officers of Pune Regional Unit booked a case of seizure of smuggled Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN).
