On the eve of the state legislature`s monsoon session, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde took a dig at the opposition parties stating that they appear to have lost hope and are confused.
Speaking at the press conference, CM Shinde said the opposition parties in Maharashtra are hardly seen anywhere and one has to look for them.
