Maharashtra deaths: Nanded hospital dean, doctors booked for culpable homicide

Police on Thursday registered a case against the Dean and doctors of the Delivery Department of the Dr Shankarrao Chavan Medical College and Hospital following the deaths of 31 patients in the health facility in two days allegedly due to scarcity of medicines

Nanded Police on Thursday registered a case against the Dean and doctors of the Delivery Department of the Dr Shankarrao Chavan Medical College and Hospital following the deaths of 31 patients in the health facility in two days allegedly due to scarcity of medicines.
ANI reported that a FIR has been registered against them under Sections 304 and 34 of the IPC.
