Maharashtra govt to use AI to write resumes of youths to help them get jobs

The Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Ministry of the Maharashtra government has announced to launch an initiative, under which it will use artificial intelligence to design and write resumes of one lakh job seekers, which will help them in getting employment. The initiative is the brainchild of minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha, the state government said in a statement.
Recognizing the common challenge faced by job seekers, where promising opportunities are missed due to subpar resumes, Minister Lodha`s initiative seeks to address this hurdle by providing digital resume assistance through Artificial Intelligence. The state government anticipates that this move will not only streamline the job application process but also equip youth with quality resumes crucial for securing employment.
