Atleast 12 people were injured after a private bus crashed into a street pole in Maharashtra`s Thane district, officials said on Friday.

The incident took place on Friday evening when a private bus met with an accident on Ghodbunder Road in Thane. The incident occurred at around 18:29 hours when the bus collided with a street pole while traveling on Patlipada Bridge, the Regional Disaster Management Cell (RDMC) of the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) said.
