Mahadev betting app promoters face fresh legal charges

The Matunga police have registered a fresh charge against the promoters of the Mahadev betting app, Saurabh Chandrakar, Ravi Uppal, and Shubham Soni, along with 29 other people, for gambling and fraud totaling Rs 15,000 crores

The Matunga police have registered a fresh charge against the promoters of the Mahadev betting app, Saurabh Chandrakar, Ravi Uppal, and Shubham Soni, along with 29 other people, for gambling and fraud totaling Rs 15,000 crores.
The case has been registered under various sections of the IPC and relevant sections of the IT Act, including cyber-terrorism sections. According to the police, they filed the case at the 30th Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court`s request.
