The Maharashtra Cyber Cell filed a First Information Report (FIR) against a YouTube channel and others for displaying "Child Sexual Abuse Material" (CSAM). The National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) notified the Maharashtra Cyber Cell of the presence of child pornography on a specific YouTube channel, prompting an immediate investigation.
Maharashtra`s Cyber Police discovered an indecent film starring a four-year-old girl on the aforementioned YouTube channel. As a result, a case has been filed against the channel and those implicated under Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the IT Act (relating to sexual harassment by electronic means), and POCSO.
