Mumbai Police Tuesday asked the general pubic not to throng to fuel stations and indulge into panic buying. The statement comes amid reports of people rushing to petrol pumps due to the fear of fuel shortage.
The police also urged people not to believe in rumours as there is enough stock available in Mumbai. “… and we are providing adequate security to the tankers supplying petroleum products in Mumbai,” police said.
