Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) leader Sanjay Raut on Monday said upcoming elections to the Maharashtra Legislative Council have clearly shown confusion in the Opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) and asserted it was not his party`s responsibility to make "sacrifices" every time.
