Congress leader Rahul Gandhi launched a scathing attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and expressed confidence that the right-wing party would lose power both at the national and state levels. Gandhi particularly highlighted upcoming elections in Maharashtra, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh as battlegrounds for the BJP`s potential defeat.
Gandhi asserted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s reliance on billionaire Gautam Adani`s support would not succeed in erasing the Congress party, drawing a parallel with India`s historical resistance to foreign powers. He cited the BJP`s defeat in Karnataka as a precursor to what might transpire in other states.
