Adinath did not respond when attempts were made to contact him during a shift change

On Monday morning, the lifeless body of Adinath Patil, a 24-year-old postgraduate medical student studying at KEM hospital, was discovered in the restroom of TB hospital, Sewree. Adinath was on duty in KEM hospital’s ward, which is situated within the TB hospital premises, and he was taking a break in the restroom.
However, during a shift change, when attempts were made to contact him, he did not respond. Concerned, a ward boy went to check on him and found him unconscious in the restroom. According to the family’s statement, he was struggling to cope with the workload at the hospital.
