Thane: Man stabbed to death by friend over monetary dispute

A case under section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered and a hunt had been launched for the absconding accused, an official said

A 29-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death by his friend over a dispute about money in Kalyan of Maharashtra`s Thane district on Saturday, police said.
The incident took place in the afternoon when the victim Bipin Shailendrakumar Dubey was found dead at his friend`s house, an official of Kolshewadi police station in Thane said.
