Railway Protection Force (RPF) of Western Railway (WR) as part of its `Operation Yatri Suraksha` under which RPF has decided to nab culprits allegedly involved in passenger-related crimes such as theft and robbery nabbed a habitual offender, a press release by WR said on Saturday.
