The 20-year-old Rajasthan student`s bluff was discovered at an examination centre for the NEET in CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai on Sunday.

Navi Mumbai Police booked a Rajasthan student for allegedly making a proxy candidate appear in place of her at the NEET medical entrance exam in Navi Mumbai, an official said on Monday. According to a PTI report, the 20-year-old Rajasthan student`s bluff was discovered at an examination centre for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) in CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai on Sunday.
The case was filed against the student from Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, on Sunday under Indian Penal Code sections 419 (cheating by personation) and 34 (act done by several persons in furtherance of a common intention), as well as other pertinent provisions, according to an official from the CBD Belapur police station. This was in response to a complaint made by an official at the examination centre, PTI report stated.
