Navi Mumbai police have arrested a woman for allegedly running a sex work racket from a spa operated by her at a popular mall in the city, a police official said on Thursday. A report in PTI stated that the 40-year-old was operating the racket through the spa in the prominent Vashi mall.
The cops, acting on intel, sent a decoy customer to the spa on Tuesday evening and saw two women, aged around 20, working at the outlet were being forced into sex work, Navi Mumbai anti-human trafficking cell`s senior police inspector Prithviraj Ghorpade told PTI.
