The Mumbai Police arrested two individuals and confiscated eight weapons along with 15 live bullets from their possession. According to police, one of the accused obtained a country-made revolver to seek revenge for his brother`s killer.
Hemraj Rajput, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone 6, said that on January 13, they received information about an individual possessing an illegal weapon. Subsequently, a team of officials from Trombay, Tilak Nagar, and other police stations initiated an investigation. The police identified a suspicious person, Chetan Sanjay Mali, 26, and seized four weapons and eight live bullets from him. Additionally, three weapons and six bullets were seized from Kalyan during the investigation, and an accused named Sinu Narsaiya was found in possession of a weapon and a bullet.
