Body of man found in water tank in Oshiwara, police launch investigations

A decomposed body of a man, aged between 40 to 50 years, was discovered in a water tank located in a building under the jurisdiction of Oshiwara police in Mumbai on Thursday night. The police have registered a case of murder in connection with this incident, and the crime branch is also conducting a separate investigation parallel to the police`s efforts.
The body was found at an under construction building situated in the Minara Tower area of Jogeshwari West. Investigators believe that the person was killed approximately 15 days ago and then disposed of in the safety tank of the building in an attempt to conceal the evidence.
