A group led by scientists at The University of Texas at Austin has discovered a brand-new, bio-inspired medication that restores the capability of immune cells to combat cancer. The medication increases the effectiveness of immunotherapy and inhibits tumour growth in mice models of melanoma, bladder cancer, leukemia, and colon cancer.
