For several years, a specialist in mental health and mood disorders has been attentively examining the phenomena of burnout. The first comprehensive self-help guide on burnout has been published based on a substantial study. According to the study, those who have a tendency to be perfectionists are more prone to veer into burnout because of their own "unrelenting standards" than other people. It also emphasises some of the warning indicators of burnout.
