Born into a middle-class family, Dr. Satish knew that chances of owning a home in a fast-paced, economically dynamic metropolitans would only be a distant dream to lakhs of Indians. Growing up with limitations that any middle-class Indian family would face, he realized the security that owning a home could bring into their lives and the positive change this would make in society. He dreamt of sharing the Joy of truly living with his people, his community and his nation at large.
