Filmmaker Prakash Jha announced on Monday that he will be directing a multilingual series on former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao which will be based on a book `Half Lion` written by Vinay Sitapati. The series will be released in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil in 2023.
