Mallika Sherawat and Vivek Oberoi team up for Rosie: The Saffron Chapter

Mallika Sherawat is the latest addition to the horror-thriller, which marks the Bollywood debut of Palak Tiwari, daughter of telly star Shweta Tiwari.

After Kismat Love Paisa Dilli (2012), Mallika Sherawat teams up with Vivek Oberoi again in Rosie: The Saffron Chapter. She is the latest addition to the horror-thriller, which marks the Bollywood debut of Palak Tiwari, daughter of telly star Shweta Tiwari. Sherawat was last seen in the web series, Booo Sabki Phategi (2019), alongside Tusshar Kapoor. Vishal Mishra’s directorial venture is based on true-life incidents in Gurugram. VO is also on board as a producer.
Mallika had earlier said that in her initial days in the film industry, filmmakers were interested in exploring her `bold` image rather than acting skills and never found her a good fit as a `Bollywood heroine`. She got famous for her bold scenes in the 2004 film Murder, and ever since has been living with the tag of a `bold` heroine.
