How did you kick off the season?
I was shooting for Naagin 6 that just wrapped up when the monsoon began. In between I had to finish shooting for my Gujarati film in Daman. Monsoon was at it`s peak with thunder and heavy showers. The director had to change the scene and we shot in the rain, which came out beautifully.

What food or drink do you indulge in during the monsoon?
I crave for a hot cup of cofffee.

What is your favourite place to visit in Mumbai during the monsoon?
I enjoy visiting Starbucks which is close to my house. My friends and I catch up there.

Favourite rain song on your playlist?
I love listening to world music so I put on the world station and there are songs from Japan, Russia, Ukranine and other countries. I don`t understand the lyrics but it sounds amazing so I love listening.

Favourite monsoon memory in Mumbai?
Although not my favourite, on July 26th 2005, when our entire building was submerged ain the Mumbai rains nd the entire experience was chaotic, is a memory that will always remain with me.

Our cars were submerged. My dad and brother who had stepped out for work could not make it back home, they had to stay somewherelse. My mom and I were at home and it was quite an experience. I`m sure everyone in Mumbai went through something similar.

Favourite places to travel during the rains...
I prefer to stay home and enjoy the rain, I only step out for a cup of coffee.

Choice of outfits for the season...
Though I`m not particular about outfits, I avoid wearing flip flops and switch to shoes. With flip flops if you steps into a puddle of water your outfit gets sprayed with dirty water.

Movies to binge watch while stuck at home...
I`ve been busy working so I haven`t had time to watch a movie but I`ve been reading a book.

I`ve been reading a book called `The Silent Patient` and I would recommend it. Read it with a cup of coffee in hand.
