Kartik and Sirat of Rajan Shahi`s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai are finally engaged, but that doesn`t mean their problems have lessened. They go to the hospital where Ranveer has been admitted and are disturbed to see him in that state. While Sirat is in a dilemma whether to meet him or not, Ranveer`s sister too reaches there.
She tells Kartik that Ranveer has taken a bullet for Sirat and that it is still there in his chest. Kartik is shocked to know that till now Sirat has misunderstood Ranveer.
