Sonali Bendre&rsquo;s debut book, The Modern Gurukul: My Experiment with Parenting, in which she put together her motherhood experience, seems to have caught the fancy of a TV channel. We hear they have roped in the actress for a new talk show that will focus on the parenting journey of people from various walks of life.

A source says, &ldquo;She has been sharing her thoughts and advice with the makers. Common people will talk about their parenting experience on the show which will also have child psychologists taking questions on how to raise children.&rdquo;
The actress apparently is excited about the show, the details of which are still being worked out. &ldquo;A leading GEC has shown interest to telecast the show. It will air once a week in a primetime slot during the weekends. We will also have some celebrities coming over and talking about the challenges they faced as parents,&rdquo; a source close to the makers says.
While the official announcement on the show is yet to be made, Sonali&rsquo;s spokesperson confirms the news.
