Now TV show on Maharana Pratap

A historical drama "Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap", inspired by the life and times of the 16th century Rajput ruler, will roll out soon on Sony Entertainment Television

Produced by Contiloe Productions, the idea for the show germinated while producer Abhimanyu Singh was working on "Jhansi Ki Rani".
"While making 'Jhansi Ki Rani', I kept coming across the fact that Maharana Pratap was a major source of inspiration to Rani Lakshmi Bai. On reading more on him, I realised that he was one of the bravest Indian rulers to have ruled in India, a true patriot who never gave up his freedom," Singh said in a statement.
