Aishwarya Narkar: 'Saat Tareekh' chronicles the wrongs in society

Narkar, who dabbles in Hindi as well as the Marathi film industry, says, "An artiste`s work should not be restricted due to language. I like to be associated with projects, which convey a message to society as well as entertain viewers."

`Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann` actor Aishwarya Narkar features in Kartik Singh’s short film, `Saat Tareekh`. "It chronicles the wrongs in society," says Narkar, who dabbles in Hindi as well as the Marathi film industry.
Talking to IANS about the short film, Aishwarya says: "When the director of the film Kartik Singh met me and gave me a narration of `Saat Tareekh`, I knew that this is an unusual story and needs to be said. In India, rape is a serious issue and we should all do something. All the time we only talk about it."
