Today marks the 5th anniversary of the hit Telugu film `Geetha Govindam`, starring Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda. Directed by Parasuram, the film became a massive commercial success, with the song ‘Inkem Inkem Kavale’ turning into a chartbuster.
Rashmika expressed her astonishment at how quickly five years have passed since the film`s release and shared her heartfelt appreciation for the fans across states for embracing the movie. She reminisced, "Even today, I am fondly addressed as ‘Geetha madam`. It feels surreal." The actress went on to attribute the film`s success to her co-star, Vijay, and expressed deep gratitude to the director and the team at Geetha Arts for entrusting her with the role of `Geetha`.
