Despite having a massive fan base and a successful career, the actor believes that taking his achievements for granted would be detrimental to his survival in the industry. Dhanush is renowned for his lead roles in numerous South Indian blockbusters and also made a successful Bollywood debut with ‘Raanjhanaa’. He firmly believes that an actor must always strive to deliver what the audience desires.
"You`ll get kicked in your face. You cannot afford to snooze, not even a bit. You have to be updated, on your toes, always thinking what to do, what people want," Dhanush said in a group interview.
