Based in Hyderabad, she has always focused on bringing novelty to her work. While acting remains her primary profession, interior designing is an add-on skill that she possesses. She kicked off her career as an actress four years ago and has been actively focusing to make a career in acting. Her stint as an actress includes films like ‘Sahasam Seyara Dimbaka’ and ‘Bhadram Be Careful Brotheru’. However, Hamida is now keen to make a comeback and focus more on doing character roles. Interestingly, Hamida kept her passion and priority for acting even when she is been busy being an interior designer. According to her, there should always be a balance to keep reality in check when chasing the dream. “While I wait for roles which redefines my acting career, I keep myself busy with new assignments as an interior designer”. I have always been an ardent fan of creativity, and my hobby of designing helped me choose a profession of creative designer”, stated Hamida. As of now, Hamida Khatoon is focusing on both her professions and she is hopeful to excel with her skills.
