FIFTY FIFTY, the K-pop girl`s group, reportedly lost the lawsuit they filed against the agency, ATTRAKT. The group has four members namely, Sio, Saena, Aran, and Keena. FIFTY FIFTY was formed by ATTRAKT and the girls made their debut in November 2022 with the EP titled The Fifty.
The K-pop girl group had filed a lawsuit against ATTRAKT, over their exclusive contract. The decision came on August 28. According to India Today, the judge of the Seoul Central District Court dismissed the case and stated the difficulty in proving a contract violation regarding financial statement provision or member health maintenance. their agency. Reportedly, the K-pop group`s legal team, Barun, is working on the matter.
