Washington: Tom Cruise and Doug Liman may reteam for 1980s crime thriller 'Mena' being made by Universal and CrossCreek.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Liman, who helmed most acclaimed sci-fi movie 'Edge of Tomorrow' with Cruise in 2014, would be stepping into the shoes of Ron Howard, who was attached to direct the project when Universal picked it up as a spec by Gary Spinelli for a reported 1 million dollars.
