Sophie Turner returned to social media for the first time since Joe Jonas and she issued a joint statement about their divorce last month. In a since-deleted Instagram story, the Game of Thrones actor seemed to send her estranged husband a Taylor Swift-inspired message as she sported a beaded ‘Fearless’ bracelet. Netizens praised Turner, 27, who has been living at the singer’s apartment amid her and Jonas’ custody battle over daughters Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1.
Since early September, the Dark Phoenix star has been in a legal wrangle with Jonas, 34, to return their children to England. She maintained that he had “wrongfully retained” Willa and Delphine in the US, which he denied. Jonas’s rep had said, “Joe is seeking shared parenting with the kids so that they are raised by both their mother and father.” He added that the actor is “also okay with the kids being raised both in the US and the UK.” However, according to court documents, Turner called her native country their “forever home”. She also claimed that the duo have made a deposit on an Oxford property and were living across the pond as of this spring.
