London: Pop star Lily Allen has been training at a specialist gym where clients are put through punishing regimes that act like a &lsquo;natural Botox&rsquo; to fight off ageing.

Customers are offered half-hour treatments, which include a warm-up, cardio, advanced training and a cool down.
They can also seek help for specific problem areas including the scalp, brows, cheeks and jaw.
&ldquo;Face Gym is grounded in the principle that we don&rsquo;t think twice about toning our muscles at the gym so why think differently about the face? Face Gym goes beyond the skin &mdash; our face trainers work deep into the muscles around key problem areas such as jowls, eyes and foreheads,&rdquo; said Inge Theron, founder of Face Gym.
The Hard out here singer has signed up for the training sessions two months after celebrating her 30th birthday in May.
