Los Angeles: Leonardo DiCaprio has filed a lawsuit against a French magazine which claimed he was having a baby with singer Rihanna.

The 40-year-old actor has sued Oops! magazine for its May 28 cover story, which also said that the "Inception" actor would not recognise the baby as his, reports tmz.com.
