The "Marriage Boot Camp" star and visited the new parents in the hospital to meet their beautiful baby girl, reported Us magazine.
"Today 5/29/15 at 5:31am #SophieCarlson was born and she is absolutely perfect and an angel sent from heaven," Wilkinson, 29, captioned an Instagram group shot.
"I couldn't be more proud and happy for my closest friend @iamjessicahall and her hubby Kyle. Sophie couldn't be in better hands.
This is the best of the best right here and I'm beyond appreciative to be apart of their lives. Yayyyyyy!!!! #blessingsfromabove," she added.
