The 30-year-old singer oerformed during the Starkey Hearing Foundation's "So the World May Hear Gala" at the St Paul River Centre in Minnesota, reported E!online.
Perry wore a strapless, floor-length ball gown for the event and also posed for a picture with two former US presidents, Bill Clinton and George W.
It was reported last week that Perry and Mayer had called it quits once more. No reason was given for their latest split.
