London: Actresses Kate Moss and Jennifer Saunders have joined the cast of David Walliams's upcoming BBC One comedy.

Walliams's book 'The Boy in the Dress' is being adapted to television for the Christmas period, following his BAFTA-nominated Mr Stink.
