While shoots have been suspended in Maharashtra till April 30 to combat the alarming surge in COVID-19 cases across the state, some filmmakers are soldiering on in other parts of the country. Before the final schedule of Vidyut Jammwal-starrer Sanak kicks off in Goa next week, producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah has introduced additional precautionary measures on the set, to ensure the unit’s safety.
The producer reveals that he has divided the team on the basis of colour bands to avoid crowding on set. “Members with green bands can access the shooting area while those with red bands cannot. Some extra unit bases have been created. This way, people can be split into small units, thus ensuring smooth functioning,” he says.
