Before becoming a part of the Hindi film industry, Jacqueliene Fernandez won the Miss Universe Sri Lanka title in 2006. The actress who made her Hindi film debut with Riteish Deshmukh and Amitabh Bachchan-starrer `Aladdin` is one of the most popular actors of the country. Recently, a video of Jacqueliene speaking about cosmetic surgeries at the pageant in 2006 went viral.
In the viral video, Jacqueline Fernandez is dressed in a shimmery gown and was seen speaking on the stage in the question round of Miss Sri Lanka 2006. When asked about plastic and cosmetic surgeries to enhance beauty, the actress said, “I do believe cosmetic surgery is an unfair advantage because it goes against the whole concept of beauty pageants, and that is to celebrate the natural beauty of women.”
