Shakun Batra opened up to mid-day.com about his favourite scene from Gehraiyaan.
He says, “One of the scenes that I thoroughly enjoyed shooting was where Deepika (Padukone) goes to Nashik and Naseer (Naseeruddin Shah) and she meet for the first time in the film. That was fun to shoot, there’s a lot going on, from drama to resentment, emotions being held back and then there’s an explosion. Apart from that the thing that makes me happiest is that people are dissecting the film and arriving at things that I wondered if anybody would even look at, when we talk about choices, destiny, those things are wonderful to hear.”
