The last two months have been taxing for Taapsee Pannu as she shot for Rashmi Rocket in Pune and Ranchi. With the lion`s share of filming done, the unit of the sports drama has now set its sights on the final schedule in Gujarat. According to the original plan, director Akarsh Khurana was to kick off the project with a stint in Rann of Kutch in April 2020, but the pandemic played spoilsport.
"When the unit decided to begin filming in November, heading to Gujarat was out of the question as they had not procured the permission required to shoot in Rann of Kutch. So, Akarsh and the team reworked the schedules, and commenced the shoot in Pune. With the permission having finally come through, the team will head to the location next week for the 14-day schedule," reveals a source.
