The 51st International Film Festival of India (IFFI), which kicked off over the weekend in Goa, apologised for an incorrect information on its website, where the synopsis of the Salman Khan-franchise Dabangg was mistakenly put in the description of Satyajit Ray’s classic Sonar Kella (1974). The festival is celebrating the legendary filmmaker by screening his classics.
We would like to apologise for the incorrect information of the film "Sonar Kella" mentioned in the IFFI Film Guide. It was inadvertent and the same has been duly rectified. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
