When producer Ratan Jain approached Shilpa Shetty Kundra for `Hungama 2`, her first reaction was, "How can I be paired opposite Pareshji [Rawal]? He has played my father in a movie!" Her initial shock soon gave way to excitement as the producer familiarised her with the premise of the comedy.
"The story revolves around a man who is insecure about his wife who is 15-20 years younger than him. When I heard the story, it made sense [to portray Rawal`s wife]. Then, I was told they were planning to reprise Chura ke dil mera [her song from Main Khiladi Tu Anari]. After that, I couldn`t say no," laughs Shetty.
