Shahid Kapoor is currently riding high on the success of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmaavat. The actor is in a happy zone, both, on personal and professional front, as Shahid's wife is expecting their second child. And to add cherry at the top, Kapoor has bought a new house. The actor purchased an upscale duplex worth Rs 55.60 crore in Worli, according to a leading daily.
Confirming the news, a DNA report stated that the actor has also paid the stamp duty fees Rs. 2.91 crore for its registration. Giving some more details about the duplex, the publication reported that the flat is located on the 42nd-43rd floors of Tower B of Three Sixty West, and the portions of the two floors measure 427.98 square metre and 300.48 sq m, including a balcony spanning 40.88 sq m. The total area adds up to 801.30 sq m, or 8,625 sq ft.
