Saregama to change the lyrics of Sunny Leone's song Madhuban after outrage

Sunny Leone`s song Madhuban released over five days ago and the number was mired in a massive controversy. The song was slammed for hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus.
Last week, a section of priests in Vridavan had expressed objection over the video. Akhil Bhartiya Tirth Purohit Mahasabha of Vrindavan has now extended its demand and has sought action against people behind the video produced by music label Saregama. The label has now issued a statement on its social media account that reads- "In light of the recent feedback & respecting the sentiments of our fellow countrymen, we will be changing the lyrics & the name of the song Madhuban."
